Volume above a plan’s allowance bills ₹1.20/page on Basic and ₹0.60 on Pro; we never throttle access to documents you have already indexed — a paid plan keeps your archive readable even if it is over quota, and we call you first.

Storage is valued at ₹180/sq ft/year for a mixed office-plus-godown rate; retrieval loss is charged at your own loaded hourly cost; 12% of your current filing time is assumed to survive digitisation (review, corrections, new paper). Pricing questions
Why per page and not per user?
Because record rooms are constrained by paper volume, not headcount: one clerk scanning 2,000 pages a month is the workload, and twelve people reading it costs nothing extra. Per-seat pricing punishes the manager who wants visibility, which is exactly who should be looking.
What counts as a “page”?
One side of one sheet after our crop-and-denoise step. A duplex scan is two pages. A PDF upload counts by its page count. Blurry shots we reject before indexing are not billed.
Can a government office pay ₹0?
Yes — Free, and for pilot digitisation drives in Odisha we will run a limited backlog at no charge in exchange for publishing the accuracy numbers. Write to us from an official address.
How do I pay?
From Settings → Plan and usage. The payment page is Razorpay's own, opened in a new tab: pay by UPI autopay or card, and the plan renews by itself each month or year until you press Stop renewing. Every payment has a GST invoice in Settings; add your GSTIN there to claim input tax credit. Your documents stay readable and downloadable whatever happens to the plan.
Do you do annual invoicing and purchase orders?
Yes. Basic and Pro can be invoiced annually with a 30-day payment window; Enterprise accepts tenders, and we supply the security questionnaire, DPDP addendum and a rate schedule per 1,000 pages.
Is there a discount for staying small?
Shops and single-advocate chambers on Basic get 20% off the first year with a business registration or bar enrolment number. Say the word on the contact page.
